If you haven't already submitted your annual statistical report, download the statistical reporting instruction booklet in English or Korean . After Feb. 22, 2012, the online statistical reporting system is no longer available to clerks, but the Presbytery may still submit reports on churches' behalf until March 9, 2012. If needed, contact the Presbytery office for assistance.

If you haven't already submitted a Clerk's Annual Questionnaire, download the Annual Questionnaire booklet.
